In Beijing, the Great Wall is 629 kilometers long. But the travel agencies and
hotels offer Great Wall tours to only six parts, namely: Badaling, Jinshanling,
Huangha, Simatai, Mu tianyu and Juyongguan. All of these six parts are either
new or full of Western and Chinese
tourists. The total length of the six parts
is only about 30 kilometers.

So, there is another 600 kilometers of the Great Wall of China! Along this 600 kilometers,
the wall is authentic, not a tacky modern renovation. Most importantly, you will have the
chance to see the most amazing part of the whole Great Wall without any other tourists
spoiling the view. We also visit quiet country villages and farmhouses on the tour (not
theme park versions of villages like most other Great Wall of China tours).

Leaving each day between 8 am and 10 am(dependingon the season) and returning at about 5 pm.

We usually meet at the Beijing Hotel (right next to Tiananmen
Square), but hotel pick-up can be arranged.
